The 2 Technicians (Dante and another) did an excellent installation. Dealing with Lifecare Mobility has been an excellent experience! It is the kind of customer interaction and service that is hard to find these days. We chose to contact this company because of the high rating that they have for a chair lift to our basement. Chris, the owner, is pleasant and easy to deal with and explained in detail all of the available options. Ali and Dante were here right on time for the installation which was performed quickly and efficiency. Also very nice guys. All in all, it was a very smooth operation. So good, that we have ordered a second stairlift for our other stairs to the upper floor. Thanks to your entire team.Second Stairlift:We just had a second stair lift installed by Lifecare from our main floor to the upper floor. This time we choose a Flow X which is one of the higher end choices. Once again the company was great to deal with. Getting in touch with Jennifer or Chris was fast and efficient and the installation by Ali and Dante was again expertly performed. There was one small technical glitch was corrected quickly and an outstanding modification that will be resolved in the near future. Three weeks later we have had a speedy but calm installation of our custom curved stair lift by 2 polite and informative young men. We are hoping that when I eventually sell the house, the stair lift will be considered a bonus by the buyer! If I could assign 10 stars, I would! The service that I received from LifeCare Mobility was exemplary. Due to some complications after surgery, I required additional safety devices for my home, before returning home from Rehab. It was a pretty tight turnaround, but Jenni and Chris ensured that their team arrived the same day I arrived home and installed everything required. It certainly made my transition home easier and, more importantly, safer. Subsequently, I decided to get a bathtub cutout to make showering easier and their contractor, Ryan, was able to complete the work in a very timely manner.Chris and Jenni really seem to care about their customers and, without hesitation, I would highly recommend LifeCare Mobility.

I needed to find some options to allow my mother to ‘age in place’. She did not wish to move to a retirement home. Her house was built in 1930 and she had lived there for the past 50 years, however, it did not have the accessibility features needed to support daily living. LifeCare Mobility (Chris Gaffney) was very responsive and efficient in helping me explore stairlift options and took the time to ensure that it was customized to suit this older home with narrow stairs. Ali and Dante installed the Handicare unit and explained how to use it and ensured that there was a comfort level going up and down.Jenni also provide advice on a suitable adjustable hospital bed/mattress and was able to have this installed in time for my parent’s use.We have been very happy with the excellent service received and would recommend their services and products.
