From the start of the very first conversation on the phone, to the installation and training, LifeCare Mobility was professional, courteous and thoughtful. Having broken her pelvis in a fall, the stairlift needed to be installed quickly before my mother returned home from the rehabilitation center. The unit is far less intrusive than expected and look like it belongs in the house and has always been there. The electrician was ingenious in finding a power source and making the wires invisible. The price we were quoted was the price we received as well. I liked that we were dealing with a family run business too. We did not feel like a "number".

In Oct /21 I was considering having a platform lift installed at the back of my home. I contacted Chris and two other local Toronto area vendors. Chris arrived at the appointed time. The other two guys? One never showed up as promised and the other never returned my call. The platform lift never got installed due to timing issues with the supply chain which Chris explained to me so I had a ramp installed instead. In Mar/22 I decided to have a stair lift installed inside my home. I immediately called Chris. Once more HE ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME. My stairway has a landing and some tight turns and an adjacent doorway so a complex installation would be required. Chris explained some of the options available, took some pictures and said he would send me a job quote. The next day I received the quote and decided to proceed. I called Chris, ONCE MORE HE ARRIVED ON TIME. He took detailed measurements and explained that delivery would take approximately 5 weeks as the unit is fabricated in the Netherlands and would take approximately 5 hours to install. In 5 weeks I got a call that the unit was in. Arrangements were made for the installers. They arrived at the APPOINTED time and took 5 hours to install it. Everything about LifeCare Mobility is very professional.

We have a narrow, curved, and steep stairway up to my mom's second floor apartment in our house. This custom-made stairway was installed without a problem. My mom's continuing independence is a high priority for all of us and at 91, she can now safely use the stairway. Many thanks to Chris and his team for the excellent service and product.

Chris very kindly came home and he walked us through the entire procedure involving the installation of a star lift. He was very patient with all our inquiries and we had no hesitation in going ahead.The stair was installed within two hours and the technicians were most courteous and skilled and explained the workings of the lift and also supervised a few trial runs with us.We were very pleased and satisfied with the stair lift that we later installed a second one down for the basement too.Thank you Chris, Jenni and your staff for all what you did for us.Wimsy & Edna Sinnatamby..

My dad had spinal surgery recently, and when he returned home to recuperate, he struggled with the stairs. Mobility is taking some time, so I called LifeCare to enquire about a Bruno stairlift for him. Jenni was so helpful and a wealth of information. Chris did an in home consultation and he was fun, friendly and patient answering all of our questions. The next week, 2 men installed the lift and my dad is living his life again upstairs and downstairs as he recovers! The installers were efficient and kind, and even helped my mom carry heavy groceries in from her car. All of the people at LifeCare go above and beyond for their clients with their service.

The stairlift is really nice, my mom is very happy with it. I am from Texas helping my Uncle in Toronto. This was one of the best online/phone call order experiences. Usually people are not so helpful. We recently had LifeCare Mobility install a Handicare 1100 stairlift. We first visited the showroom to test it in person, then the owner, Chris, came out to take measurements and provide a quote. Once the stairlift was ready their technician Ali came to install it. Ali was very professional, and took the time to adjust the placement of the lift to give us maximum space on a narrow stairway. Definitely recommend.

We certainly appreciate the positive difference our Bruno Elan stair climber has made in Mom's daily life. We received quotes from Acorn and your company and while the prices were close the option of test driving the Bruno at your retail store clinched LifeCare as our choice. The Bruno unit has worked just fine for us if a touch slower than what Mom would like some days. But the Acorn machine appeared no faster.Sean was prompt and very friendly during the install in our tight stairwell. All questions were answered and he was done in short order. My mother was recently discharged from the hospital after 83 days of intensive care due to Covid. Desperate for help, I reached out to Lifecare Mobility to get my mom's home set up for her long term recovery which was very last minute and with almost zero guidance from the hospital on what we would need set up in the home. Without hesitation, Chris and his amazing team immediately went to work, visited my mom's home to review what would likely be required and proceeded to get everything set up just in time for my mom's arrival. Their level of service, care and professionalism was exceptional and made my mom's transition from hospital to home virtually seamless. Just wanted to share my experience with Chris and Lifecare Mobility. This was by far one of the easiest interactions for my family and I. Chris made this entire process very seamless and really took his time helping us. If anyone is looking for a stairlift they should understand it is a lengthy process and very costly, what chris and his wife provide tho is not just a product but the service from start to finish. They helped my family explore all possible options and understand everything. Chris walked us through entire process and helped us throughout with his experience. My grandmother wouldn't have the ease of life she does without Chris. His wife Jenny also helped us throughout everything, from setting times ot constant communication, even the installers were amazing from start to finish. Lifecare Mobility was a pleasure to deal with. They installed the chair-lift in the scheduled time and their technicians were courteous and did a first class job. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that the remotes did not function and it took over 2 months to solve the problem.

At the time of today's technician visit after initial visit when service call charges payed I've watched closely what technician was doing. Coming for a second time assuming it’s armrest switch he brought the switch - switch wasn’t in a bag or box?Probably already used somewhere?He opened the right side of the armrest to change arm switch. Switch was good.He didn't even open the cover of the left side armrest.Instead with the closed left armrest cover he just looked through the small opening where the armrest cable sticking out and immediately identified “Rocket switch controls harnes”, 2016 chairs problem”That Could be identified on initial visit the same way? Don’t you think?Specially knowing that Bruno Elite chairs 2016 have the same issue?Which lead me to three conclusions:1.He knew from the beginning what was the problem. Even receptionist when I called first time mentioned “2016 chair issues”. I was pleased with company honesty, knowledge, professionalism at the time.First visit technician changed unnecessary still good cable under the seat probably to cover visit reason?2. Or not qualified enough to troubleshoot the issue or simply negligence? Very unlikely, he probably knew what he was doing?3. Or company doesn’t know how technitian scamming clients?Company request again “service call charge” for the third visit for the same unresolved issue ?Time between inital call and second visit - free of charge was 2-3 weeks- for the same chair problem. I don’t have a problem to pay any fair repairs but this is not the case. There is other term for this behaviour or customer tretmant!“First time shame on YOU, second time shame on ME”

Very happy we chose LifeCare. We have purchased two stairlifts from LifeCare. The first, linking our main floor with the upstairs, was installed more than two years ago and has performed flawlessly. The second, linking the main floor with the basement, was installed more recently and it too is working well. In each case, the price was very reasonable and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. LifeCare also installed bathroom grab bars that we are very pleased to have.

Chris & Jenny have been so accomodating and professional. I knew as soon as i met Chris I was in great hands and I could trust him . They recently installed two stair lifts for my Mom. The installer, Shaun, was al professional, punctual and efficient and methodical. He was very kind and patient with my Mom while explaining how to use her stairlifts. All around its been a pleasure dealing with LifeCare and I would highly recommend them to anyone, not just for lifts, but other devices as well. I had also purchased threshhold ramps for my Mom to enable her to be safe inside while using her walk in between rooms etc. These handy inexspensive devices are wonderful !!

This stairlift from LifeCare Mobility Solution really helps changing my mom’s and my life. As a caregiver of my mom, l struggled every time when my mom needs a bath because she is disable. Getting her to the second floor’s bathroom was a big challenge. With the help of this stairlift. I can easily get her up to the bathroom and have a nice bath. I had my Chair installed i year ago and I have not had single problem with it unlike the problems I had with the one from Acorn which ended up in the dump. Chris made the whole experience stress free, the equipment is far superier and believe it or not cheaper than the old one. Thanks Chris.

I just had a stairlift installed today for my mother and the entire process from start to finish was stress free. Thank you Jennie and Chris for providing excellent customer service and thank you Sean for all of your hard work during the installation. I picked LifeCare because it was a family business and I knew you guys wouldn't disappoint. This stairlift has been wonderful for my mom and I'm really happy that I chose to do business with people who care.

LifeCare Mobility Solutions, has helped me so much, by providing ideas on how best to help my aging parents, to keep them safe and comfortable. They have provided a Chair Lift, a ramp and a stylish hospital bed and a Super Bar for the bathroom. The entire process from the home visit, to the installation was handled in an organized, friendly manner. Their prices are more than reasonable and their knowledge is valuable.It is good to know, that there is a company like this to help, when you need this type of service.
